Prospect House Farmhouse is an early 19th century farmhouse built of brick, with a pantile roof featuring stone coped gable ends, kneelers, and stacks at the gable ends. It is two storeys high and has three windows. The windows are hung sashes with glazing bars; two are on the ground floor, and there is a plain door. A band runs around the building between the ground and first floors.
