Probably house with shops; now solicitor's offices and shop. Late C19. Painted brick in Flemish bond at front, with painted stone dressings; timber eaves band and oriel window; cream brick end stacks to slate roof. 3-storey 3-window front. Ground floor occupied by 2 shop fronts, single to left, double to right, with panelled pilasters on shaped bases, beneath paired carved brackets and projecting console cornice. Left shop window altered to tripled single-pane sashes over brick riser, to left of panelled door with overlight. Shop front to right has small-pane glazed door with overlight, recessed between canted plate glass windows over panelled risers. At right end of first floor is 3-light oriel window beneath hipped pent roof with moulded cornice rising in centre to form gablet. All windows on first and second floors are single-pane sashes, those on first floor with cambered heads. Impost string courses on both floors rise over windows to form hoodmoulds. All windows have sloped sills. Moulded eaves cornice over flat eaves band.
