Barn with attached engine house. Early C19, engine house mid C19. Coursed squared herringbone-tooled stone; pantile roof with stone coping and ridge. One storey with loft, six bays.

Farmyard elevation: stable door to right of centre with vents on left. At left end later wooden steps up to board loft door with a small opening with board shutter to its right. Eaves band. Block kneelers.

Rear: on left is added, apsidal-ended, engine house which has stone piers and half-height stone walls to the side bays; the engine house masks blocked byre door and the three small windows to its left; rest of barn masked by C20 wooden lean-to which is not of special interest.
