Description
Rectory House is a house built in the late 18th century to early 19th century, with a 20th-century addition. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with herringbone tooling and has a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with the 20th-century addition on the right side also featuring three bays. The corners of the house are marked with quoins. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century glazed door flanked by a four-pane sash window on either side, with three side-sliding sash windows above. All openings have stone lintels, and the windows have raised cills. The house features shaped kneelers and ashlar coping, along with end stacks. The 20th-century addition is designed to be in keeping with the original structure.
