Description

This boundary stone, located on the east side of the junction with Cophill Lane, dates from the early 19th century. It is a square stone monolith with a chamfered top. The west face features well-cut lettering that reads "COWESBY ROAD/ends here," while the south face states "The Manor/and Township/of Cowesby/end here."
