Description

This is a circa 1700 cattery, situated on Levenside in Stokesley, with later alterations. The ground floor is constructed of large, regularly squared stone, while the upper floor is rendered. The roof is covered with pantiles and features end chimneys. The building is two storeys high with an irregular facade of four windows. Modern casement windows are fitted, one of which is within a chamfered reveal. A chamfered doorway is present, topped with a heavy lintel. A short stone wall connects the cattery to an outbuilding to the east, both structures sharing similar stonework.
