Description
Golden Square Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble brought to course and has a pantile roof. Originally designed with a three-cell hearth-passage plan, the layout has been altered, and there is an attached barn to the left that is not of special interest. The farmhouse has two storeys and features three first-floor windows. The entrance is a 20th-century half-glazed door located beneath a divided overlight. To the left, there are three 3-light Yorkshire sash windows, and one sash window to the right. The first floor has casement windows. The building has sprocketed eaves and gable coping on the right side, with end and ridge stacks.
