Description

This is an 18th or early 19th century building located on Train Lane. It is two storeys high and constructed from coursed stone, with a pantile roof featuring a coped verge and a kneeler on the right side. There are two brick stacks. The building has two hung sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor. The ground floor has one window and a modern door, which is topped by a small rectangular fanlight. No. 7 forms a group with numbers 30 and 31 Potter Hill.
