Description

Woodlands is an early 19th-century house, originally listed as Townend Farm. It is constructed of ashlar with a pantile roof, and features two distinct blocks. The main two-bay block projects forward, with a lower three-bay block to its left. A central, original board door is located in the third bay. All windows are now PVC casements, but they remain within original openings and retain stone sills. The house has stone coping and end stacks.
