Description

This is a mid-19th century house in Malton. It is constructed of pink and cream mottled brick in a Flemish bond pattern, topped by a pantile roof with a brick stack at the right end. The front of the house has three storeys and a single window. A four-panel door with an overlight is positioned to the left of a 16-pane sash window. The first and second floor windows are similar in design, with the second-floor window being slightly lower than the others; all windows have painted stone sills. The ground floor and first floor openings are arched, while the second floor window has a timber lintel.
