Description
This is a sundial located approximately 10 metres south of the south porch of St Mary's Church in Tadcaster. It is likely from the 18th century and features an ashlar base with a bronze sundial. The sundial stands about 1.5 metres high, with a stepped circular plinth that supports a vase-shaped pedestal and an octagonal sundial on top.
