Description
The church yard wall and piers at the Church of St. Martins date from around 1745. The wall is constructed of cobbles set in mortar and features ashlar coping, surrounding the church on the west, north, and east sides, with a height of approximately 1.2 metres. The west wall includes central and corner piers made of ashlar, which are square in section and about 1.5 metres high, topped with banded, shallow-pointed caps. The gates situated between the central piers are not considered of special interest.
