Description
Manor Farmhouse is a house from the mid to late 18th century, built in two phases. It is constructed from hammer-dressed limestone and has a pantile roof. The building consists of two ranges, with the right range being lower. There is an off-centre staircase-hallway entry on the left range, which also features outshuts at the rear.
The left range has two bays that slightly project forward. It includes a six-panel door with a divided overlight to the right, and a central tripartite sash window along with paired sashes with glazing bars to the left, both located beneath segmental arches. On the first floor, there is a fixed window above the door and casements beneath segmental arches to the left. The gable has coping, shaped kneelers, and a ridge stack.
The right range has a blocked doorway to the left, with a central tripartite sash and a sash with glazing bars to the right, both beneath a flat stone arch. On the first floor, there is a two-light Yorkshire sash to the left and derelict sashes with glazing bars to the right. This range also features gable coping, a shaped kneeler, and stacks at the right end and ridge. The building was empty and derelict at the time of the last survey.
