Description

Worsall Grange is an early 18th-century building, with a larger addition dating from the early to mid-19th century, and subsequent alterations. The exterior is rendered in pebbledash, with a Welsh slate roof featuring concrete kneelers and end chimneys. The building is two storeys high, with two windows in the older left part and three windows in the later right part. Modern casement windows and a French door are present in the original section. Edwardian two-storey canted bays flank the original entrance. All windows have been replaced with sash windows, incorporating glazing bars. The interior features a pleasant early 19th-century dog-leg staircase with a round-arched landing window and a spiral, curtailed handrail. The main doors have reeded architraves with paterae corners, a panelled arch over the hall, and two small Gothic doorheads.
