Description

Barclays Bank is a Victorian building located at 49 High Street. It is constructed of ashlar and has three storeys with six windows. The ground floor features round arched windows and a doorway. The first and second floors have sash windows that are divided by giant Ionic pilasters. The two right-hand bays project slightly and contain the entrance. A cornice runs along the top of the building.
