Description
Nos 1 to 3 Bridge Street, dating from the 18th century, are a group of buildings located on the west side of Bridge Street. They are constructed of painted stone and feature a parapet and cornice. The buildings stand three storeys tall and have bands that continue along the window cills. There are seven windows in total, one of which is blocked, and the windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. To the left, there is a modern shop front, while to the right, there is a round-arched doorway with channeled rustication, leading to a six-panelled door with a rectangular fanlight for No 3. All the listed buildings in Sandgate are part of a group value context.
