Description

Nos 9 and 10 on King Street are 18th-century buildings featuring pebbledash over stone and long and short quoins. They rise to three storeys and have a central doorcase with pilasters and a cornice, which frames a four-panelled door and fanlight. The ground and first floors each have two double sash windows, while the top floor has two single sashes set within moulded architraves. The left side of the building has a gable and a rear wing with sash windows. There is a shouldered archway with imposts, an Edwardian shop front, and on the first floor, two double sashes with panelled pilasters and segmental heads, along with two plain sashes on the top floor in moulded cases.
