Nos. 43 and 44 King Street are a pair of 18th-century stone buildings. They have quoins, are three storeys high, but of slightly differing heights. No. 43 is the taller of the two, and features a panelled front door with a fanlight above, a 12-paned sash window to the left, and an inserted late Victorian shop front to the right. The upper floors of No. 43 contain two 12-paned sash windows each. To the right of No. 43 is an Edwardian shop front, alongside double sash windows with flat stone mullions on each upper floor at No. 44.
