Description

46 King Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of red sandstone with an ashlar finish and a slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features an original three-bay shop front supported by cast iron columns. The ground floor has a flat head, while the first floor showcases an arched design with a continuous Gothic dip mould. On the second floor, there are two plain sash windows with segmental heads. The building is topped with a modillion eaves cornice and has ashlar end stacks.
