Description

Mallard House, formerly three cottages, dates from the late 18th or early 19th century and is situated on Colby Lane in Appleby in Westmorland. The building is roughcast with a slate roof and stone chimneys. The front features two boarded doors and five 12-paned sash windows on the ground floor, alongside four 12-paned sash windows on the first floor (a two-storey configuration). All windows are set within plain stone architraves.
