Description
The coach house, located to the north-east of Mint House, is likely from the early to mid-19th century and consists of more than one construction phase. It features incised stucco and a graduated slate roof, with ball finials at each end of the stone ridge; the northern finial is topped with a wrought-iron weather vane. The building has three storeys and three bays, arranged as one bay on the left and two on the right. The central and right-hand bays each contain a plank double door set in an elliptical-headed surround, with a window to the left of the central bay. The left-hand bay has a plank double door with a window above it. All windows are 2-light, wood-mullioned, and have pointed inner heads beneath rectangular hoodmoulds. The coach house is included for its group value.
