Description

Victoria Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on Carleton Road in Penrith. It features painted stucco over a stone hipped roof and stands two storeys tall. The cottage has projecting quoins and three windows on the upper storey. The west front showcases a mullion for each window, which are topped with four-centred arched heads and Gothic hood moulds.
