Description

The Friarage and North Friarage are a pair of buildings dating to 1717. They are constructed with painted stucco over stone, and feature a long facade. A chamfered stone doorway contains an old door, and a re-cut square datestone is inscribed with the date "1717" and the initials "W M R." A panelled door is located to the left. Four two-light stone-mullioned windows are visible to the right, with five similar windows above; the upper windows have small leaded panes. Three sash windows are present to the left, with four above. The interior contains panelling, a staircase, and a stone fireplace.
