It features rusticated quoins, a heavy moulded cornice, and a parapet, topped with a slate roof that has stone copings and kneelers. The building stands two storeys tall and includes a stone band. The central entrance has a six-panelled door set within a moulded doorcase that is adorned with a cornice and a pediment supported by consoles.
