Description

Gosden Cottage is an early 19th-century building located on Chichester Road in Southbourne. It is two storeys tall and features three windows. The front north wall is stuccoed, while the rest is painted brick. The roof is covered with slate. The cottage has a large modern polygonal bay at the south end and a verandah to the north of this, supported by iron columns and topped with a tent-shaped canopy. The glazing bars are missing.
