Description

Mons House is an early 19th-century building located on Prinsted Lane in Southbourne. It features a distinctive splayed angle at the front and stands two storeys tall with three windows. The exterior is faced with brick in a rat-trap bond, which has been painted. The building has an eaves modillion cornice and a slate roof. The windows have been replaced with modern casement windows.
