Description

Oaklands is an 18th century building, dated 1777, located on Chichester Road in Southbourne. It features three parallel ranges and stands two storeys tall with four windows. The exterior is stuccoed and includes a modillion eaves cornice and a tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact. On the ground floor, there are two bay windows with a verandah in front supported by five Doric columns.
