Former gardener's quarters; late C18 with C20 alterations. Coursed rubble with rusticated quoins. Hipped, graduated slate roof with corniced stone mid chimney. 2 storeys. Front, originally 6 bays retains 1st floor sashes with glazing bars; C20 garage doors inserted and only one original door and one trompe l'oeil window survive. South return has rusticated end pilasters and a blind venetian window. Barn range projects to rear at north end. Included for group value.
