Description
The Old Sun Inn is an inn built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features wet-dashed rubble on a plinth with corner pilasters. The building has parallel graduated slate roofs with projecting eaves and stone chimneys at the gable ends. The inn has a double-pile plan and a symmetrical two-storey, three-bay front. The central door is located under a bracketed cornice, with a single sash window on either side and two above. Each return wall has two first-floor sash windows, one of which is trompe l'oeil. All sash windows have glazing bars set in stone surrounds.
