Description

This house, likely built in the 18th century, is located at the north end of the Castle Hotel on Market Street in Market Brough. It features a pebble-dashed exterior with a plinth and a graduated slate roof that has stone-flagged eaves, along with a brick chimney at one end. The building is symmetrical, with two storeys and three bays. The central entrance consists of a part-glazed door set within a corniced surround. On either side of the door, there are 19th-century canted bay windows, and above them, there are two sash windows. This house is included in the listing for its group value with nearby structures.
