Description
This cottage-granary, dated 1829 on the keystone above the door, is located to the west of Mount Pleasant farmhouse. It is constructed from coursed, squared rubble with quoins and features a graduated slate roof with stone-flagged eaves. The building has a symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay front, which includes a central plank door with a segmental head, flanked by single casements with glazing bars on either side, and two smaller casements above. The external steps leading up to the front door in the east wall have been dismantled. All openings are framed with stone surrounds. This structure is included for its group value.
