Description
Bank End Farmhouse, dated 1716, is a two-storey building that has been rendered and features a stone slate roof. The front has two windows on the first floor, each with stone surrounds and chamfered reveals, and without glazing bars. The ground floor has two windows with glazing bars, hung sashes, and stone surrounds, along with a small central window. To the left, there is a door with a stone surround that displays the date. A one-storey section to the right includes one window in a stone surround, also without glazing bars. The left-hand one-storey part serves as storage and has a catslide roof, with two modern windows and a plain door accessed by four steps. An extension to the left features a recessed central section, while the main house has brick chimney stacks and a rear wing that is also two storeys high.
