Description

Eden Farm is a farmhouse, now a private house, dating to 1728. It bears the initials J.R. above the entrance. The construction is whitewashed brick resting on a painted cobble plinth, with a Welsh slate roof and whitewashed brick chimney stacks. It is two storeys high and has two bays. A 20th-century door is set within a plain painted stone surround, with a dated and inscribed lintel. Double-sash windows with glazing bars are on the left-hand side, while single sash windows with glazing bars are on the right, all within plain painted stone surrounds. A barn extension to the right and a rear extension are not considered to be of architectural interest.
