Description

This is a farmhouse, likely dating from the mid-18th century, as indicated by the inscription "JH 1753" above the entrance. The farmhouse is constructed with cement roughcast walls featuring a cornice to the eaves and V-jointed quoins. The roof is of graduated greenslate with coped gables, kneelers, and roughcast chimney stacks. It has two storeys and three bays. The front features a panelled door set within a quoined surround, and sash windows with glazing bars within painted stone architraves. Adjoining barns are not considered to be of historical or architectural interest.
