Description

Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated and inscribed over the entrance with "R. & J.R. 1723," featuring 19th-century alterations. It has painted stucco walls and a graduated greenslate roof with a coped gable and kneeler on the left side, along with cement rendered chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and consists of four bays. There is a 20th-century door set in a painted architrave beneath the dated lintel, which is located within a stone porch that has fluted pilasters and a scrolled pediment topped with a ball finial. The windows are sash style, framed in 19th-century painted stone surrounds, with the window above the entrance being false.
