Description

The wall to the south of Crookdake Hall is a structure that dates back to the 14th or 15th century. Originally part of Crookdake Hall, it is now a detached ruin. The wall is made of thick, squared, and coursed red sandstone and stands approximately 3 metres high. Inside the wall, there is a portion of a window chamfer and a possible window seat, along with recesses for joists and two corbel stones. This wall has group value with Crookdake Hall.
