Description
Greenhill and the adjoining barn is a farmhouse and barn dating from the mid-18th century, with a 19th-century addition at the rear. The farmhouse features whitewashed rendered walls, while the barn is constructed of brick. Both buildings have a graduated slate roof and brick and rendered ridge chimney stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three bays, with the barn located to the left under a common roof. There is a 20th-century door set in a plain painted stone surround. The windows are 2-light, 3-pane casements with chamfered stone mullions in a chamfered surround, and the middle window on the ground floor has been enlarged in the 20th century. A sundial above the entrance has been rendered over. The barn includes slit vents on two levels. The listing does not include outbuildings.
