Description

The Swaites is a farmhouse dated 1839, located in Kingwater. It is constructed of whitewashed stone with a green slate roof and features end stone chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a single-bay extension to the left under a common roof. The entrance includes a panelled door with glazed fanlights set in a plain painted stone surround. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, also in plain painted stone surrounds. The listing does not include the farm outbuildings.
