II 2 houses forming a row. Early C19. Dressed red sandstone with ashlar quoins, hipped slate roof, brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays each. Plain surrounds to entrances and windows with stone hoods on shaped brackets above entrances. Modillions to gutter. Sash windows with glazing bars, C20 doors. Probably constructed as workers' cottages for nearby cotton works at Woodbank.
