Description

Nos 12 and 14 on Main Street are early 19th-century buildings featuring scored stucco, slate roofs, and stone quoins. The buildings rise three storeys and display a painted sundial dated 1777, although their architectural features have been altered over time. The ground floor includes two 19th-century shop windows and a central yard entry. Each upper floor has six sash windows, all set within moulded stone architraves, but the glazing bars have been removed. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 2 and 4 and Nos 12 to 28 (even).
