Description
This is a house located at 92 Newtown Road, built in the late 18th century. It features Flemish bond brickwork beneath a graduated greenslate roof and has 18th-century gable brick chimney stacks. The house is two storeys high with three bays. The central entrance has a 20th-century door set in a painted stone surround, accompanied by a 20th-century wooden porch. The windows are sash types with glazing bars, set within brick reveals, and have painted stone lintels and sills. There is a metal tie-beam plate on the right return wall. At the rear, there is a contemporary outshut that includes original sash and casement windows in brick reveals. The interior has not been inspected.
