Description
Home Farm and the adjoining barns date from the late 18th century. The farmhouse features painted rendered walls and is topped with a graduated greenslate roof, which includes roughcast chimney stacks. It is two storeys high and consists of four bays. To the left, there is a barn that shares a common roof with the farmhouse, while to the right, there is a right-angled barn of similar height. The farmhouse has a panelled door with an overlight set in a painted quoined surround. The windows are a mix of double-sash and casement styles, all with glazing bars and broad painted stone surrounds. The left barn has large double plank doors set within a segmental painted stone arch, while the right barn features blank front walls.
