Description
West House is an early 19th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It features painted snecked ashlar stone on a chamfered plinth, along with painted V-jointed quoins. The roof is made of graduated green slate and has both ashlar and brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with two single-bay extensions on either side that have a lower roof-line. The main entrance has a 20th-century door with a radial fanlight set within an open-pediment doorcase. The windows are sash style with glazing bars and are framed by painted stone surrounds. The right extension includes a tripartite window on the ground floor.
