Description
Firbank is an early 19th-century farmhouse featuring Flemish bond brickwork with cream headers and graduated slate roofs. The building has two storeys and three bays, with single-storey wings on either side that have hipped roofs. The entrance includes a 20th-century six-panel door with a glazed fanlight, surrounded by a pilaster strip and a moulded cornice. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with flat brick arches and sit on stone sills. The farmhouse also has brick chimney stacks and decorative gutter modillions.
