Description
Nos 2 and 3 Spencer Parade were built between 1836 and 1841 in the Tudor style. The buildings feature a stucco front with a battlemented parapet above a bracketed cornice. There are hood moulds over the doorways and casement windows. On the right side, there is a recessed two-storey block with a central pointed arched battlemented porch, which sits beneath a slightly projecting first floor adorned with two small octagonal pinnacles. The central three-storey block on the left projects forward and has one window on each floor, with an oriel window on the first floor. The recessed two-storey left wing has four narrow windows on the first floor and a projecting ground floor that includes a pointed arch leading to the porch. Nos 1 to 8 Spencer Parade form a group with No 1 Cheyne Walk.
