Description

No 1 Spencer Parade is a building constructed between 1836 and 1841, designed in the Tudor style. It features a stucco exterior and roof parapets. The right wing is two stories tall and has two narrow casement windows with glazing bars. The left wing rises to three stories and includes a tall panel with one window on each floor; these windows are casements with mullions and transoms, and the first floor has a canted oriel window. Nos 1 to 8 Spencer Parade form a group with No 1 Cheyne Walk.
