Description
Cottesbrooke Hall outbuildings and walls, located approximately 30 metres west of the main hall, date from the mid-18th century and have undergone some 20th-century alterations. The outbuilding is constructed of brick and features a slate roof with a U-shaped plan. The east elevation is a single storey with an attic; the centre has a two-window range of 20th-century casements, and there is a 20th-century entrance to the left. The hipped roof includes dormers with arched heads. The rear is plain and has a 20th-century summer house attached. A mid-18th-century brick wall with gatepiers at the south-west corner partially encloses a water garden, with similar walls at the other three corners. This structure is included for its group value.
