Description

Stone walls, gatepiers, and gateways form the forecourt to the Manor House. The walls are made of squared coursed limestone banded with ironstone. The gatepiers in the west wall are constructed from limestone ashlar, featuring rusticated piers and moulded entablatures topped with ball finials. The gateway at the left end of this wall has plain stone jambs and a triangular pediment. There are similar gatepiers and a gateway in the north wall.
