Description

Manor Cottage is a mid-18th century house located on the east side of Boddington Hill Road in Lower Boddington. It is constructed of regular coursed rubble with an asbestos tile roof. The building follows a two-unit plan and has a two-storey, two-window front. It features two-light stone mullion windows with deep soffits at ground floor, and horizontally sliding sash windows at the first floor. C19 casements are present at the first floor. A C20 door is located to the left of the centre. Brick stacks are situated at each end of the building. The interior has not been inspected but is said to contain ceiling beams.
