Description

This is a 17th-century barn located approximately 18 meters south of Rectory Farmhouse in Middleton Cheney. The barn is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and features a thatched roof. It has three bays, with an entrance in the second bay from the left that includes a wooden lintel and a double plank door. To the left of the entrance, there is a slit window, and to the right, a three-light casement window also with a wooden lintel. The left side of the barn has two slit windows, and above them, there is another three-light casement window with a wooden lintel. Inside, the roof structure is partly original and includes tie beams.
